Research Team
Each WP will be managed by a WP leader to ensure the performance and progress of the WP with regard to the overall work plan. Each leader will evaluate the progress reports provided by the participants within their WP to ensure the successful completion of objectives and tasks. The leaders are appointed according to their expertise and management skills required in the individual WP.
The responsibilities of each WP leader will be as follows:
- Monitor the progress of the WP against time and budget allocations.
- Ensure that the WP fulfils the objective(s) listed as Deliverables and Milestones.
- Alerting the coordinator in case of delay or default in the performance of the WP.
- Synchronise the tasks internally within the WP.
- Deliver progress reports to the coordinator.
Each participant in WPs will be responsible for the smooth execution of each task within each WP. The main responsibilities include collaboration with all the other participants under the coordination of the WP Leader and the on-time delivery of the described outcomes. The participants are appointed according to their expertise:
